Meet Sarah
Born in Sydney Australia, Sarah grew up in country Victoria, and has lived in Melbourne, London, Far North Queensland, and a brief stint in Los Angeles. She now resides on the Sunshine Coast, Australia.
Her wanderlust for travel began on her first overseas trip to New Zealand at the age of 9, followed by 4 months touring Europe with her family at the age of 13, and then backpacking around Europe in her early 20's. She has travelled to 25 countries, visited over 120 cities, and has 20+ years' experience as a professional travel advisor.

After raising three daughters on her own that have now flown the nest, Sarah founded Solo Explorer Travel inspired by her own passion for solo travel, and driven by growing client demand for access to low and no single supplement offers and group cruises & tours.
"When I travel, whether it is on my own, or joining other solo travellers on a group cruise or tour, what I enjoy most is connecting with new people from all over the world. I want to share all the benefits of solo travel, elevate your holiday experience, and create life-enhancing memories."​
